    Gosh I so wish I could hide.........back to day 1!! :upset:

    Today I will not drink!!

    Hi Panno and all to come

    Just back from a week's holiday. Popped antabuse before I went. It's the only way I know I defnitely wont cave in. Have been on the site since 2007 and getting more and more AF time so you newbies dont ever give in. Remember ODAT.

      day 2 for me here - I need to make big changes next weekend - plan to cook nice food and invite friends over.

      Today is my first day back at work after a week off - got GP appt so going in a bit later.

      Want to start the day right - today I will be af and nf and will focus on my personal boundaries and stick to 1400 calories.

      I have eaten takeaway food for a week and feel bloated and overweight - healthy food starts today - low fat cauli and pasta bake for tea.

      I need to focus just on one day at a time at the moment with my goals - anything else is too much.
      Today it is then, have a good day all to come.

        Morning everyone

        Panno, I'm back to day one again too. Ashamed and angry with myself. I felt much better last week not drinking. I was up till 3am drinking wine. Then up again at 8. I'll be tired at work.

        Bear73, I'm trying to eat better too. And I could do with some exercise.

        Well here goes day one again.

          :upset:Its day 1 again for me too. I overdid over the weekend with the wine and eat some junk food and chocolate. I feel bloated and ill this morning i'm so hungover so back to healthy and staying off the wine odat. I feel dreadful so i'll have to rest up today and hopefully feel better tommorrow. Have a good day folks.

            One thing, I found it best to concentrate on one thing at a time. 1400kcals is quite low and hunger is a drinking trigger - well it is for me. Crack the drinking first and the diet will follow.

            Trust me, been there many times. Stop the drinking and the rest will follow.

                  Good morning all

                  Sober Monday for me. This is back to school week, so the errands seem to be many! Helps to keep busy though. Party coming up this Saturday that I will probably try to moderate. Am down a few lbs, which is an added bonus to clear head in the am. Good luck to everyone for a sober Monday!

                    good morning odat family...
                    sober weekend for me, but major insomnia, so I am tired and cranky at work.....
                    i dont know what is going on, but I cannot function without sleep...
                    I love my family more than alcohol.:h
