Well day at a time here for me on alcohol and nicotine - days 5.
focusing on allen carr thinking is working for me so ikeep re-reading the same chapters at night.
Couple of mad busy days at work - member of team left today who has been source of much stress to me - not looking forward to increased workload but am looking forward to less grief!
went out for dinner with friend from work - had lovely giggly time - told her that i suffered from depression and that's why I'm always trying to exercise and also stop drinking
eaten far too much chiocolate and no exercise due to leg injury so day of healthier eating tomorrow me thinks.
felt better - and we also talked about our futures - we work for nhs and government are making huge huge cuts. I'm trying to see posiitive in terms of chance for change.
