uneasy night
I have night sweats on the first few nights after a binge. Soaked pillow cases and sheets, etc. Along with the night sweats is a slight fever. I found that if I took 2 aspirin or Ibuprofen before I went to bed I could almost eliminate them - although sometimes I had to take another dose early morning around 3-4 am.
