Hi Mojo,
Let me be the first to welcome you! Have you downloaded the MWO book? It's an excellent resource. Welcome to our family and post often and let us know your progress....even if it doesn't go as smoothly as you would like. Also, click on the Monthly Abstainers Forum and you will see the Tool Box pop up. Click on that. It will give you some tools to help you maintain an alcohol free (AF) life.
Good luck in your journey and welcome aboard.

Hi Babysteps,
Welcome to you, too! I've used the drink tracker since I got here (mid-July); it does help motivate me to paste a big yellow zero in every morning!
Welcome to My Way Out
These threads also remind me daily how I got here and why I'm doing this (in a good way!):

You can do it!

:thanks:Hi, Thanks for all your support. Good to go swimming with my kids this morning without the fuzz in my head. I'll definitely check out your threads and tools. Just find myself constantly preoccupied with thinking about not drinking. Possibly more to do with fear of failing at this stage.
