    Day 7

    Morning one and all.

    I went back to work yesterday and worked 8-8, came home had a shower put pjs on and watched a bit of tv with my daughter,went to bed and fell asleep reading a book,how wonderful was that? this time last week i couldnt concentrate on reading posts here,

    it does get easier plus the more alcohol free days/hours you have behind you the better you will be feeling each day, keep it up & to your plan or goal,be ware of your triggers that will pop in. :-)
