          Some folk reckon a bit of reading before bedtime help's? Maybe just some quiet meditation for 15/30 mins, to slow your mind. I know that slow deep breathing will slow the body down, (10/20/30) but usually, and maybe for you, the mind will follow.

                        I, too, can say I didn't miss much last night! It is early Saturday morning here and I am enjoying the peacefulness of the morning listening to the little birdies in my backyard. What a beautiful morning and I am so thankful to feel well rested and that I have a clear head to enjoy it
