Back to the old routine after a long weekend. Did not do as well as I had planned, but still better than in the past. I guess I really didn't have much of a plan, just hopes. Need to change that in the future. I am still working on the Monday through Thursday af, and was able to get Labor Day in af! I am so grateful for that this morning. Good morning all
Back to the old routine after a long weekend. Did not do as well as I had planned, but still better than in the past. I guess I really didn't have much of a plan, just hopes. hey there - day 3 alcohol free and day 2 nicotine free here
I have decided I can't drink.Fullstop.It always ends in me drinking to excess/really wanting to.
It's a scary thought but ODAT is my motto from now on - I have increeased my gym membership so I can use the lovely pools/spa facilities in the week(rather than 3 times a year).
I can't skate for at least another 2 weeks - saw physio and have been told to swim/cycle - so I will - and combine it with a posh sauna /steam session/healthy dinner in gym cafe!
I feel relieved - wasted so much energy on the whole moderation ide.Hoping for real weight loss now - I am cooking healthy chicken dish in syrup,chilli,garlic and soy with baked potato and vegetables - makign enough for tomorrow as well.Yum - decent food!
anyway - good day all to come - I'll see you all tomorrow xxone day at a time
