Jake if you are drinking everyday you can bet a lot of people you deal with will already know, at at least be able to tell. Now if you do meet anyone you know at the meetings, then they'll only be there for the same reasons too so can hardly go around judging you can they.
As an aside I've just got my LFT results back taken just over 5 months 100% AF and the result is an astounding all time low of......

No idea what it was at my peak as I only had it measured after odd binges, not when I was really very, very ill and sick.
Feeling very healthy and pleased right now.
