Did okay last night, had 4 beers. I can live with that. Large social situations seem to be my worst time. Was at home with DH last night so that helps. Am down a couple of pounds this morning as well! Great benefit! Football season upon us, just one more situation I need to learn to tackle. For now, Monday through Thursday is my goal, moderate drinking on weekends. I did find it less enjoyable last night, but I'm sure that is only a temporary thing. Some days can be so easy, and some I just can't escape. Best wishes to all in reaching your goals for today.
