      Never Giving Up

Something just hit me like a ton of bricks (as I am doing a lot of thinking today, and not much working. ha) I really need to jump back into my Faith. I don't want to bring up religion or beliefs here, but it just became so clear. I have tons of people there that support and love me, and I stupidly haven't taken advantage of it. My family all are strong members and it would just draw us closer. I think I just had my lightbulb moment. My daughter is going to be thrilled...she's already involved and just loves it.

        Never Giving Up

        Thank you Mishmash,
I took a moment to read those, and they are encouraging.

It is day 2 for me and I feel much better physically today. Had a little trouble falling alseep last night (funny how even a slip messes with your sleep!). But once I did get to sleep, I slept great. I did wake up with my right eye bloodshot for some reason...so I actually look hungover today. LOL - But I'm NOT!!!

Tuesday is supposed to be the most productive day at work (according to statistics)...we'll see if that's true for me today. It's not looking too good so far. haha

        Everyone have a great day!!

            Hey K9!!!

Just catching up on things. I'm very happy to see your back on track. I'm a firm believer in everything happens for a reason. Why it happens really isn't important its what you learn or take from it that is. You now have a renewed respect and understanding of your sobrity and that is what is important.

              Hi K9,
You are definitely not a discouragement. Your honesty is commendable and is a great learning tool for us in the early days. Even though I had a long stretch of sobriety in the past, starting over is like starting the first time and your support is greatly appreciated.

              Take care,
              Peace

                Hi Mama! :h
No pressure, but would you consider jumping on the Antabuse wagon with us (Overit and I?) I KNOW it's scary, but anything is better than the way I felt just the other day. I just CANT, and WONT be that woman anymore. Just wonderin
                Luv ya!

                      Never Giving Up

                      Hey K-9!

Good to see you back in the saddle again. Now kick that horse into high gear and get er done!

Were you able to get your script for the Antabuse filled? Just wondering. Is that your plan to get back on it? You did so well on it before, and at my second go around with it, I am doing really well too. The first time I took it, scared me shitless... But this second time around I have no fear. I just know I/we cannot drink. Yes, it does make things a whole lot easier.

Hope you have a great and productive day there Tiger!!! XOXO

P.S. I know you dont want to go through what you went through the other day again, and you dont want to be that woman again. I've been in that place before too many times. Those miserable feelings we put ourselves through are so not worth the temporary high. Life is so much better this way, we have to always remind ourselves.
