      Tips for becoming AF

I ordered the whole arsenal NY; drugs, books, hypnosis, herbals, you name it. I found after a couple of weeks I really wasn't overwhelmed by cravings, mostly the change of habit was throwing me, so I stopped all drugs except for the usual multivitamin. I continue to use the hypnosis recordings (not MWOs--others I found online; I'm wired pretty high, and they help me relax), and I read whatever I can get my hands on from the recovery literature.
