    Good morning to all
    Almost the end of the month, very hard to believe. The weather here is definitely got the feeling of fall to it. Love this season. Today will be af for me. Have a wonderful day, and hope everyone reaches the goal they are after!

    Hi Fancy. I too can't believe its nearly October this month has flown by. I am glad to say I have been AF for all of it which I am very proud of. Have a good day. x

      And as well you should be proud! What an accomplishment. There was a time when I would not have even entertained the thought of not drinking, at least in the evening! Working on figuring out what it was like before. Congratulations on your September, and the many more in your future.
