I oredered the Print-it-yourself PDF book (My way out) about an hour ago, but have not received the email with the online link.. I have checked my junk email folder, and its not there either. Any sugestions??
Am I doing something wrong?

I didnt get the email with the link, but I found the link anyway. So I have downloaded and saved the book. Looking forward to reading it......
