    Hello everyone,
    I wanted to let you all know that I have reached the six month mark. Yay! I feel healthy even though a few short months ago I thought I never would. I had my first sober football grand final BBQ and my husband and I had our first alcohol free wedding anniversary. I'm looking forward to a sober and fabulous fiftieth birthday party in December. My mum is staying with us at the moment and she tells me she is so proud of me. Isn't it funny how even when you're nearly 50, it means so much for your mum to feel proud of you. Makes me feel so lovely inside.
    Any way, I have all of you to thank for my sobriety, you and Roberta Jewel and her book.

          Hey Tant, congratulations. You have achieved a huge milestone, and like your mom says, you should be very proud of yourself. It is amazing that events we never dreamed of being part of while sober, come and go, and are a lot of fun - without drinking. Keep up the great work,
