Lately when I've been getting a craving I've been filling it with food. I'll worry about gaining weight when it happens, and losing it later. Do you have anything that you cook as a treat? I don't know what time it is where you are..but anytime is good in my books to BBQ a steak..lol, you can make it through.. it is hard, I know.

Keep going FG, you may hear a voice that says "this is too hard right now, you've got too much going on, let's just have a couple cold ones and sort his out tomorrow". Don't listen to it!!!! I did more than once and it always turned out to be lie, a few cold ones turned into a few days and then maybe "I'll try again when I'm a bit more together"... And years go by. Just don't fall for it, you'll never regret the drink you don't take.
