I know that modding is not recommend by most. I would like to be an casual drinker, once a month or once every two months, right now though that is not my concern, my concern an my goal is to make it through the holidays AF! I hope I can make today day one.
I have read on here that you need a plan so here it is:
Work till 5, drive to gym work out till 7, get my daughter to fix dinner because the kitchen is a trigger (I cook alot though so I'll have to figure that one out), eat dinner, watch what not to ware, take an over the counter sleep aid (it's hard to sleep with no AL) and call it a night by 9:30. I will post my Saturday plan here on Saturday. We'll see what happens.
