I have decided to be good to myself by having a few extra treats in the first week. Just had some chocolate so another early night. Like you the weekend will be tough, that is when you feel deprived if you don't drink. I like the idea of trying to change mentality so that I can be grateful for a sober weekend rather than mourn the lack of drink. However that is still four days away so let,s tackle today first and then tomorrow. Be strong:h
