    MWO Offical Sober day coming up!

    Just prodding everyones memories... The MWO 24 hour sober day is coming up. A 24 hours we all unite and go through it together. It's on Thursday so NO drinking from 00.00 on the 16th till 00.00 on the 17th!

    How is everyone preparing.... any lurkers out there going to secretly join?

        yep Michelle - is on my radar!!

        I've been trying to work out if it starts here on the 16th (we are just over the start of the date line), when it finishes on the other side of the world on the 17th will that be 36 or 48 hours :H not good at maths I'm afaid

          hi hunni, it doesn't matter about the time zine, it's just no drinking from the second the clock strikes 00.00 on the 16th for 24 hours.

                Im in too..Will not drink for that 24 hours, and so far AF for 60 days..that seemed strange saying{typing} that just now. Ive been so busy the last few weeks and tired too, that I actually forgot how many days it was. I visit the boards almost daily but I havent posted since my 30 day mark. I am grateful for all the post here on MWO, as they have helped immensely.

                  Got my plan in place. Still planning on being sober on Thursday!
                  I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                  Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                  Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
