    Throwing up - a question

    Oops

Sorry BB, I thought you were that sick right now. But hey, you DON'T have to get that bad again to make the decision to stop.

How can we help you reach that place without making yourself really ill?

    Bean

        Throwing up - a question

        Hi Bean

The same thing has just started to happen to me. It's awful. I have had a big Christmas and New Year and not one day has gone when I haven't had a drink(well lots of drinks)
I did the dry reaching thing, gagging thing today had a glass of wine it went away (not proud) First time it happened was 26th Dec tried to put it down to food but knew it wasn't and today was the second time.
Tomorrow I am back at work, some clients need help with colours for their home so I have decided that I am not going to have another wine today as it wouldn't be good for my career if I gagged and threw up at any of their ideas. Obviously there is the scary feeling for my health.
Good on you Bean thanks for sharing.
        :thanks:
