    Happy New Year

    Hi all,

    Just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year! I know from some of the exchanges on here that many will be starting their journey today. You have already made a huge step by recognising that something about your drinking isn't working for you. That takes massive amounts of strength and courage. I have no doubt that with focus, courage, perseverance, a little bit of humour and a litlle bit of mourning along the way that we can all do this!

    May 2011 be the year of sobriety!
