True story. Do you start with the sneaky messages in your head saying just have one.
That will make you feel better. Then one leads to a bottle and so on.
My elbow hurts, my hand(glass) has been closest to my mouth for the last two weeks it has kissed me more than my partner. (that is sad) I am so close to divorce with wine and enjoying partner again.
Even having a game of real tennis.

Eee i'm more then aware of all of that.. one glass wouldn't hurt... a bottle,hangover later... what was the point in that?
I can prove that i can have one glass and put the bottle down... uhhh no never. I still battle these thoughts daily =( I'm just aware that it's complete bulls*** and more then aware how i'll after i sober up.
