- The first 3 days are the toughest. I am feeling a lot better than I did a week ago.
- My trigger times are between 5-7 pm. If I keep busy during these times and stay off the couch it is a lot easier.
- My kids seem a lot happier than they did a week ago. (lol)
- When I first stopped drinking, all I could think about was drinking. Now I can think about other stuff
- My house has never been cleaner
- I feel happier, more energized and more fun to be around.
- My thoughts are clearer.
I am well on my way to being Af for all of Jan.
Now the next thought............. Can I drink in moderation in Feb? Hmmmmm......
I know I have this little devil sitting on my shoulder saying...... " way to go !! See... You're not addicted. I am sure you can drink in moderation".
