Hi Everyone hope you are all good

A little late but Happy New Year.

Have to say that when I look back over my last year my consumption of AL has approx halved. I am really pleased with that and this year want to reduce it even more. I cannot thank the wonderful people here for all there help and encouragement enough. I am so pleased I found this site.

Christmas was a lot less AL fuelled than normal and I only but on around a pound in weight. I am now doing regular spinning classes and looking forward to seeing a lot less of me as 2011 moves on.

Thank you it is good to be back. So far January had AL on 7 days, normally by this time of the month I will be lucky if I managed 3 days without it. I am feeling really positive Spin class tomorrow so I will get through tonight because exercising is so much more difficult when I have had a drink.

Mario and Molly have booked my ferry to Rosslare May/June. Gonna be camping so any good campsites and places of intrerest you can recommend?
