    i am new..have decided my tipping point is anxiety and got anxious trying to figure out this !@# forum...so i tipped...i will chastise myself tomarrow cuz I will feel like crap at work oh my

    Hello & welcome! You can always stop right this moment you know. Pour it out. Drink a glass of water. Just because you tipped doesn't mean you have to keep at it.

      Hi ccarpenter!

      Welcome to MWO, this is a good place & you'll figure it out in no time!

      Look in the Health Store atthe top of the home page. Download the MWO book, it explains the program.

      After you do that look in the https://www.mywayout.org/community/f1...box-27556.html for good ideas to help you make your plan.

      There's a thread called the 'Newbies Nest in the Just Starting out section - drop in & introduce yourself. There's lots of help available here for you - just ask!

      My anxiety disappeared when I finally quit drinking - bet your's will too
