Hi! Im also new. Sounds like you are doing really well and making some positive changes to accomaodate your new lifestyle! Good luck to you! I am on day 4 and more determined than ever. Trying to fix this problem before it shows up on liver tests (I know its already not good), before I ruin my children's lives or my own. First day back at work today. Must admit, I hid in my office for most of it to avoid any stress.
Got a couple of comments about the bowl of fruit on my desk in place of the coffee cup.

New fridge is full of good healthy food. I'm of to the kitchen .......
