    Febuary Free Its Time For Me

    Well today is day 1 again after a previous 30 day stint which was interupted by xmas etc.

    But I'm ready n willing to go for it with a vengence again.

    Anyone else who wants to join this one, come on down.

        I m with you Ronker,have just completed January AF, assessed things and decided, Feb will be AF also

          I am joining you guys with two days under my belt I don't want to stress for a week like I did over day one. Feeling the anxiety guilt sorry and the last two nights lying to my son that I didn't drink (he's in college) I decided to stop living the lie and tell the truth.

                Well day 1 done n no dramas, had my AF wine with dinner n actually recapped the bottle! a most unusual occurrence.

                Still feel bit under weather, but i know the good times that are just around the corner with sleep etc which will kick in within a day or so....

                    Well day 4 and all good, the real great sleep not quite back yet but not far off n improving.

                      Good for you Ronker. Why not check in everyday?? You just may be encouraging others. Day 5 here. The second or third weekend seems to be my weak spot.
