My Day 6 started... I feel down for other reasons but happy that finally i reached my "small goal".. I hope that i'll resist today too and set a new task for me...

Yes, you're right - it's the first step.. But my problem in life is that i want to get all in one moment.. Now i'm learning how to deal with AL step by step, so perhaps i'll do the same with other parts of my life...
