Found you all Sunday. Have been here reading, learning, feeling the stories I thought were only my own. Glad to say I have been alcohol free since Sunday. It has been only maybe two times in the last few years since I have went 3 days without drinking and I feel better than I have in a very long time, feel like I am regaining my soul. This message is to encourage those that don't think they can (because I was drinking over a pint of Captain Morgan every night) and thank you all for the support that is offered here. It's going to be a long road, but off to a fantastic start, and that start began with finding you guys.

Lookingforhope: congratulations! That is so great! Keep up the great work and don't be discouraged if you have a slip up because that's a normal part of the process. Just always remember this healthy soulful feeling you have right now and it will motivate you!
