Got some unwelcome news today in work which really stressed me out. Came home and had a massive rant - threw my dinner in the bin and sulked. What a child:upset: however I did not reach for the bottle as it is day 11. This is such a boost to my ego that I can manage without. Instead I have a glass of ginger beer and I have put a Ramones LP on the old turntable and turned it up to eleven! Rockin' out on sobriety - who'd a thought it!

I am pretty mouldy myself Softy. Good job on handling the stress. That was always my trigger for diving into a vat of Chardonnay.
