I was feeling a little negative and sorry for myself this evening.
I needed to get rid of the "resentment" thoughts.
Reading the posts and advice here usually helps.
A work colleague just said this evening that he was looking forward to relaxing at home this evening with a few beers and it made me feel resentful for quite a while.
I need to stop feeling like this.
But these thoughts arent happening too often, so am prepared for them and just need to get on with it, and enjoy the great things that are happening in my life since I quit the booze
