    It's a great day

    Monrning everyone,
    I feel great today no hangovers,altough my body is itching alot I think it's the alcohol in my body.Today is my 4th AF day,and it's Friday and I'm scared will I be able to resist the cravings and people are always drinking around me,my husband is working at the breweries will I be able to say no to AL.

          It's a great day

          Ousie, good work on your 4 days. The weekends are tough, especially in the early weeks. Breaking the habits, and routine, surrounding drinking can be very difficult. Yes, you can do it. You don't have to drink. Fight the urges, surf them like waves.
