    Where did you hide it?

    wow this is something. I really felt like i was the only person that had hidden bottles throughout the house... My biggest problem was getting rid of the empties. I would gather them up in a grocery bag and put them in the drive thru garbage can or in the garbage outside the grocery store or i would hide them in our home garbage...

      Where did you hide it?

      I used to buy cans of beer cause they fit better in the suitcase under my bed.

      In my closet under my sweaters.
      In my underwear drawer.
      In my trunk (and I too would sneak out in pj's to get more)

      And then the empties - I would put in a bag and throw it in my car and anytime I went anywhere I would throw the bag in the garbage can.

      Man - we're screwed.

        Oh Ya!

        I hid mine under the kitchen sink, behind the couch, or in my bedroom closet for the most part.

        The scary thing about this is that I lived ALONE when I first started to do this!!! Who in the heck was I hiding it from?? Myself??

          Where did you hide it?

          In plain sight: the liquor cabinet (hard stuff) or on the kitchen counter (wine). Since I didn't appear to others to be totally intoxicated, not much notice was taken of the frequency with which those bottles were replaced. Kinda fits the old adage, the best hiding places are in plain sight!

            you have to laugh through the embarrassment :H ive hid a can in the hoover stasshed in front of the bag but hubby thought hoover needed emptying and opened it AGAST to find beer in there as i had forgotten about it!! once left wine bottle in oven one night and as usual forgot to hide the evidence next day hubby turned on oven to preheat and i was still oblivious to my drunken pre night plan!! suppose nothing would surprise him now. hope not to do that stuff ever again on week 3 now

              Hmm I think I used all those places, one time I was sure I'd hidden half a large bottle of Vodka in the wardrobe, infact would have staked my life on it, cagely asked my hubs if he'd seen it on the pretenses I'd put it away for his upcoming birthday.... yeah right like that was true, eventually two years or so later I found it stashed under a cupboard in the bathroom (thank god I moved the unit and not him) needless to say I soon drank the evidence...

              So pretty much all those places oh and under the shed, ideal for half vodka bottles those being flat.

              The stress of now not having to remember where I've stashed stuff and the sneaking around with both full and empty bottles is just wonderful...
              WHAT CAN I SAY? I DON'T WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE..

                Hiding it

                Love all the places we hide. I have about 100 places to hide it as I have three warehouses, the house and other property on the same site. My Mom, called me out and took it out of the house, spent hours looking there, but not place else. As soon as she was gone I had already found one of the 4 to 5 bottles that she did not know about. However, felt like crap so just didn't drink. Was easier.

                  Where did you hide it?

                  Excuse bumping an old thread, but recently my fishing box started to have more spirits than tackle! No wonder I never caught any fish! I remembered this topic from a couple of years back and thought I should add my new hidey hole!

                    I never had to hide the alcohol, but I would hide my keys, laptop, cellphone and any other means of communication to avoid doing something stupid and embarrassing. Didn't work. I always found them and made a complete ass of myself.

                      Where did you hide it?

                      I had a dozens of hinding places but unfortunately those places often held empties. I drank it too fast to store. I often had one in the car and one in the house. My God when I think of all the times Ive driven down the road with a glass full of vodka and a smidgen of coke. I 'm just ashamed,embarrassed, horrified, and stupid.

                        Where did you hide it?

                        That varied entirely on the day. What used to really frustrate me is that I would get wasted and then forget where I hid it the following day.

                          Now I just keep loosing my coffee cup in the morning! :l

                            Where did you hide it?

                            I have a special place in bathroom. My wife is always wondering why I go to the bathroom so often.
                            I always had some in the car not to DUI, but to have some after I park at home after a day in the office.
                            And of course my computer bag.

                              I hid jars of vodka in the freezer.
                              and in a bathroom drawer under a bunch of junk.
                              I also just often bought and refilled existing out in the open bottles.
                              Now we don't have any AL in the house!!
