Softy, that is a great and inspiration post, thank you.

For me it is photography and being up and about and more importantly 'functioning' (and being able to drive!) at day break is important as often this time of day is amazing for taking taking photos and of course, just a great part of the day.

Me too!!! I am a morning person now which shocks nobody more than me. I logged onto MWO at half seven this morning on my day off work. I love mornings now.They really are the best part of the day. I like to check into MWO just to get my head straight then go off and start my day.For weeks my OH kept asking me anxiously what was wrong and why I couldnt sleep. There is nothing wrong and I m sleeping like a baby!

I have discovered.....

Day 80 AF today and I hopefully have shown that sobriety is within reach of everyone. I have had a terrible time in work, watched my mother die and attend her funeral all on soda water coffee and tea. I didn't think this possible at New Years Eve. KEEP ON KEEPING ON is correct. The benefit this forum has given me is unyielding support, friendship,both of which boost my self esteem and a place to vent when times got tough. One day at a time is the only way.


(Next job is to lose a few pounds because I have been eating like a horse!)
