Well, I held off till 6pm, and have just poured my second glass. Plan to go to bed at 8.30pm so as I don't have too much.

4am, I am starting to realize isomnia is a problem for many of us here!!!!!!! Right now would love a couple of shots of vodka just to sleep!!
I always fear, even if I leave AL I will find another drug just to sleep.

Just a bit frustrated. I did 6 weeks AF, then busted last weekend. Can't quite get my shit together to stop again!
I intend to be snoozing by 8:30 also.

6 weeks that is great you should be proud bugalugs. It will happen for you both, I'm thinking it is such a mind set thing, I so wanted to cave today I was having internal arguments with myself all afternoon after all its Saturday right. Anyway it was my mind set its different this time, for me. So Im having a cuppa instead. I wish you both all the best

Hey Ozigirl dont be so hard on yourself. Ask yourself why you wanna quit go write it down then before you decide to have a drink read what you have written down everytime you decide to drink. Also the toolbox thread has some amazing ideas and articles to read.
As I said before its a mind set your mind is the most powerful thing you have it will either work with you or against you, its your mind you are ultimatley in control. I know how hard it is I really do I also know that this time I got my mind set right and it is making a world of difference for me, hope that sorta helps.
