Absolutely! We're all at different stages there. There's some who have been AF for yonks; others a while; others sporadically ... the main thing is we're all working on getting to a place we want to be.

Well, I did it guys. My first AF night in who knows how long!! It wasn't that hard really, just kept pouring soft drinks all night lol. Not a great sleep but I can cope with that!!
