Are you really a chef? What type of restaurant? I love to watch the cooking channel and am totally addicted to Top Chef right now.....I'm sure most chefs probably hate it though. If you aren't a chef....er, uh......just skip this part!:blush:

Don't worry about wanting to turn back, you can't change anything in the past but you can help yourself in the future so concentrate on that.

I'm a firm believer in the fact that our past makes us the person we are today.
