A wonderful cloudy day. Need to cool off!

Getting very aggitated the last to days and wonder if this is a bad sign???

Somebody told me that I must get my thyriod tested because that can be the reason for aggitation? Any one experience in this?

On day 16. Still, first thought every morning while waking up - "Am I sober on not?" The relieve to realise YES! I am sober - is a wonderful feeling!!!

Have you tried any meditation?
I find it very helpful in centering & calming myself.
I also used the MWO Hypno CDs for quite a long time when I started here......very helpful
