Hi Catlin, Bangers and mash are my absolute favourite but must have onion gravy. guess they did come from the UK as I enjoyed them when I was there. I'm an Aussie and enjoy them here lots as my ample waist line proves. Hang in there babe you should be very proud to be down from 4 bottles to a couple of glasses. I can relate to the demons that come in the night try some herbal treatments it really helped me sleep. We are all here for you keep posting, these people are wonderful and very supportive and best of all nobody judges you. Glad to know you and have you on board. Hugs and support Kim

YES it was with onion gravy... Gosh that is a thought in the distance now.

My mum has been here for the past 2 days .. I love her, but how tiring !!!

She has made me eat and go for walks ( hah ) , so that's good.

She got the train back home ( to her house ) this morning which takes about an hour and a half, - I feel really mean because she is 66 yrs old and I feel about 4. And she has said that she will come back again at the drop of a hat......

Also today I had a phone call from a really nice Scottish man who has invited me for an interview after a telephone interview . Next Tuesday at 11am for a job in a call centre that is based near to where I live, but it is a huge nationwide company. I haven't worked for nigh on 4 years and it has sent me into a frenzy of dying my hair and just general panic. I am so stressed that a coldsore is threatening to breakout on my Lip .. HELP :H

So I would just like to say hello to everyone here - there are too many people to mention who have been super. But thank you all for your lovely messages of encouragement.

I have no excuse if I get this job !!!! Aaaarghh !!!! How SCAAARY???

Actually Olly, I am painfully shy.

I talk like an automaton to cover up my shyness, even when my mum was here , I couldn't shut up. Nervenous.

But thanks for performing an autopsy on me.

And I don't reckon I have inflicted any pain ( maybe last PMT day ) I have said nothing but nice things, and have enjoyed being part of this community again. It has evolved though, quite remarkably, and for the better. And I have had lovely convo's with Lucky and Gateway on chat.

Just PLEEEESE can we let this drop now. I have said dreadful things - not directed at you - at my own inner anger.. which is dissapating day by day.

And to re-iterate - I am SO shy. I had a heaving attack today going out to buy a pack of cigs at the end of the road.
