Hi, my name is Janice and I drink too much. I'm not new to MWO, I found this site in April 2007 when I still had my dad and my mam, who was an alcoholic who was very ill at that time. I took on the MWO programme with total commitment, bought the cds, the vits & supps etc and had several long periods of abstinence. I'm not going to start telling my story, I'm sick of my story..I'm just posting because I'm back and thats all there is to it and "Starting Out" is where I started in April 2007 and it seems the right place to be right now.

I can relate to feeling sick of yourself - I'm frequently there myself!! However, today is a new day and another chance to slay the dragon. You already know what a great community this is and the support it gives. Post lots!!
