Hello All! Glad you guys are still here!

Well, after not having sufficient insurance for five years, we're now insured and I'm cleaning up my act. Just did the OB/GYN and my blood pressure was out the window! 190/100:shocked:! Haven't tracked down a GP yet, but I'm not looking forward to the blood or liver panels to say the least. With all the stress of the last few years, my bottle or two of wine has turned into a fifth of vodka. Not helping the waistline or the marriage.

So, it's time. Off to get a walk in and some breakfast. And my supplements!
