Seems my parents have told everyone of my issues. I don't appreciate that. Now I get about 15 phone calls seeing how I am doing. How do I approach this?

Not sure what the circumstances were that caused your paents to speak out about your problems.
Perhaps they are frightened & searching for help & comfort?
As an adult I probably would be pissed about it too but honestly I wouldn't waste any time worrying about something someone else did & you can't change. Just tell the people calling thanks for the concern but I am working out a plan. There is no need to give anyone particulars.
Don't let this interfere with your focus. Revise your plan if necessary, make a firm commitment & take care of business! Don't forget to revisit the Tool box too.
