    Quick update - Day 20

    Today is Day 20 AF!! I've kept my promise to myself. Working out regularly, avoiding alcohol at all costs. I have cravings, but I am using distraction techniques.

    Feeling great. I can do this.

      Hi Steve - thanks for the update - it's so nice to hear when others are being successful and to hear what has worked for them. Keep it going!!!

      It's the same for me. An all around change - as in eating right, working out, - or nothing. If I let something slip, like working out or something, then it's easier to justify letting everything slide.

        I am exactly the same Lolab! If one thing slips im 'ah to hell with it' . On that note , im off for a walk. :H

          Well done Steve.
          20 days is great.
          Keep going and stay close by if you are struggling.
          It gets easier, and the cravings lessen in time.
