    QQ thinks I need to come back here

    Hi All

    Things are starting to go downhill and I don't want that. Have started exercising and lost 14lbs so far this year - sadly AL is taking a hold again and I have gained 2. Have not been well (not AL related) and that stopped me exercising. Re-start the exercise regime on 2nd May and fingers Xed I can get back in control again.

    Like my title says 'I need to come back here for hope and inspiration', and I know I can get it from all of you.

                I managed to lose my last 10 last year. Gained it back. Wine sure isn't helping. Welcome back.
