Day 2 AF today (ho hum) KEEP ON KEEPING ON!

Here's a line or two I wrote about AL - like my mum used to say - I could be a poet but I just don't know it

I picked you up, you put me down,
You turned my smile into a frown
Left me alone, a redundant clown
Youth's inspiration, where are you now?

The future you promised was never to last,
I can see no saviour, just the bottom of a glass,
So I go online with one question to ask,
Please can you help me get through this hardest of tasks.

Softy, the important thing is what you do now.
Will you start AF again immediately, or let it discourage you and start drinking again. I hope you choose to get back on the horse and recognise what you achieved.

Your post has really helped me today.
And I think you are fantastic for realising very quickly that modding isnt working.
This is my third and hopefully final attempt to quit Al and really hope I succeed this time.
On my last two attempts to quit, when I went back drinking it took me six monthe to try again.
So for you to jump back on the wagon straight away is admirable.

Keep on keeping on mate, best of luck.
