It could be...... try just 1 day. That's what I did. I felt so good the next day, no shame, guilt or hangover. Made me want more AF days. I still stumbled but am stringing alot more AF days together.
Good luck.....you can do it!:flower: I'm not as good as I'm gonna get, but I'm better than I used to be.

You only have to read these threads to know that you're not alone.
The first step is realising you have a problem. Being "worried" is a good thing.
It takes determination to stop and maintenance to stay out of trouble, but it can be done if you're determined.
