One note. 50 mg of vitiamin B 6 times a day and 10,000 to 20,000 mg of vitamin C per day does seem high. Is htere any danger in taking that much vitamin B complex? What are others thoughts on this?While we may not be able to control all that happens to us, we can control what happens inside us.
