    1 Year AF - Whew - What a Journey!

    One year ago today I decided to 'try' to not drink for just one night. It was a personal challenge and I wanted to see if I could do it. One day turned into two, etc. Suddenly a year has passed since I last drank and although it was really tough at times I'm soooooo thankful that I'm sober! Life without alcohol is actually really, really good (and fun)! I was so afraid that there would be nothing to look forward to if I couldn't get wasted every night but boy was I wrong. I'm finally living instead of just existing. What a concept!

                      I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                      Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                      Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
