    Day 11

    Have hit a wall which I knew was coming. Been there more times I care to remember. But my one aim in life now is to say AF. This is my number one focus in my life!

    I went AF for 7 years so I know I can do this again. Then picked up and have not stopped for the next 20 years what a fool!

    Day 11 do not feel as if I am in heaven but thats ok. Im conscience of it.

    Going to buy new running shoes, new sports bra and new tights and top for me today!!

    You will see me tomorrow I will look all brand new running in the park.

    Mia, you can kick this thing!! You are our inspiration. You've got that 100% commitment and it shines out from everything you post. As we both know, this is just AL's last ditch tactic to make you bend, give in and allow the voice to convince you. Please check in soon and let me know how you did. I will be thinking of you.

        Thank you. I had a horrible day with it yesterday. Could not stop thinking about it all day. But it passed eventually. I was glad to get to bed once again winning against AL.

        Just got back from the sports store spent over $500.00 yikes. New everything! Running shoes sports bra etc etc. I said to the sales girl that sold me everything "I'm starting a new life starting running again ,good diet, and then I said "no AL puts to much weight on" then she replied "thats great but a bit boring without the AL." What do you say? THEN the guy who owns the store said to his sales girl " You should of seen this girl 10 years ago she was just as skinny as you and she was so fit". PR..K! He was not being nasty but it did hit a raw nerve in me. So I will think of it in a positive way. I will get back in shape! I suppouse I was meant to hear it. There no consequences in this life.

          Mia believe me or believe me not I knew you were struggling yesterday i could feel it, hence on my other thread i asked Mia how was day 10? Once i say the post day 11 and not the words - still in heaven It confirmed my thinking without opening it, spooky!! Mia the fact that feeling as you did you went and got new running gear rather that hit the off license ( wine shop) is testament to your will power! Well well done, you will get through today despite feeling like walking up a hill! The comment the man made was for a reason, it was a complement and you should be proud he remembered you in that way, we cant be young again but we can be as fit as we can possibly be with healthy organs, mind, body and soul, so get out for that run and plan a reward for after! ( not wine, a manicure or something)You so deserve it and like Tips said you are an inspiration to us all and by being so honest only adds to that! we will all have days like yours and we need you/each other to battle on! xx

            Thank You Keepwalking! You put a smile on my face today! Just about to have a yummy dinner. So nice to eat dinner sober!

            You are also my inspiration! Cannot wait to wear all my new running outfit tomorrow!
