Day 17 for me today I have so much to SAY!

But little bits at a time. Like a day at a time for all of us.

I woke up this morning with that feeling of dreaded guilt but only for a second, then I blinked my eyes and thought thats right I don not drink AL anymore. You can imagine my relief to this.

It is so worth the effort. Happy Sunday everyone stay sober and happy and Free! :l

LOL...That used to happen to me as well. It is a great feeling to wake up without a hangover.
