Having read it I still feel the need to refer to certain points now and again.
Highlight the points that speak to you and keep it with you.
It's like a bible to me! (and I'm an atheist).
The main point I love is that there is no such thing as an alcoholic.
Once you shed that stigma and understand that anyone that drinks is alcohol dependent, then you can see the whole scam for what it is.Comment

Irie,
I loved your post; you said it so well and so gracefully. There is a post in "Newbies Nest" where Byrdlady refers to Lucky Day 13 as being a GREAT DAY in your journey. What a coincidence ??? I also want to say how much your story is familiar. There are so many people here with the same story it is truly amazing.
